Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using https://quickjobalert.online (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the service

QuickJobAlert is an independent job discovery and aggregation platform. We index job listings from government recruitment portals, employer careers pages, and licensed job API partners. We do not recruit on behalf of employers, guarantee employment, or process job applications unless explicitly stated on a specific listing.

3. No employment guarantee

QuickJobAlert makes no warranty or guarantee of employment arising from any listing on the Platform. All applications are made directly to the employer or source website.

4. Accuracy of listings

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate, up-to-date job information. However, listings may contain errors or may have been updated or expired since our last verification. Always verify details on the official employer or government recruitment website before applying.

5. Candidate conduct

Candidates using the Platform agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent applications
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest job listings without permission
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
  • Misrepresent qualifications, identity or employment history

6. Employer conduct

Employers posting jobs through the Platform agree that listed jobs are genuine vacancies. Listings that request fees from candidates, misrepresent pay, or impersonate other organisations will be removed and the account blocked.

7. Affiliate links and tracking

Some outbound links on the Platform may include affiliate tracking parameters. Clicking these links may result in QuickJobAlert receiving compensation from the destination partner. This is described in detail in our Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Intellectual property

All original content on the Platform (design, software, editorial descriptions) is owned by or licensed to QuickJobAlert. Job listing data remains the property of the respective employers and source networks.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickJobAlert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including reliance on a job listing that proves inaccurate or fraudulent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of operation of QuickJobAlert. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
